• This site has no user accounts, no payments, no analytics trackers, and no advertising cookies.
• The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
• We do not sell personal information. Ever.

If you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. This is delivered to us as an email (via Amazon Simple Email Service) so we can respond to you. We use it only to handle your inquiry and any follow-up conversation you start.

If you email us directly at hello@gatedragon.com, we receive whatever you include in that email and use it the same way.

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure (AWS Amplify and its content delivery network) keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these only for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running — for example, the contact form uses your IP address in short-lived memory to limit spam submissions; it is not written to a database.

We do not run analytics or advertising scripts, and the site sets no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from third-party font services.

We share information only with the service providers that run this website — Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) — and only as needed to operate it. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Contact-form submissions arrive in our business email inbox and are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records, after which they may be deleted. Infrastructure logs are retained per AWS's standard rotation periods.

You can browse this entire site without providing any personal information. If you have contacted us and would like your information corrected or deleted, email hello@gatedragon.com and we will honor the request unless we are legally required to keep the record. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will respond to any such request the same way.

This site is a business website not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Pages on this site link to external services such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and X. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted here.
